What to expect
With our busy lives it can sometimes be difficult to completely let go.
Meditation, in all its forms, can clear a busy mind and provide focus.
A Gong Bath, using sound from Gongs and singing bowls, will ‘test your resistance to letting go’. With an open mind it will provide you the opportunity to achieve a deeply relaxed or meditative state.
